TENSILE STRENGTH USING BEVEL ANGLE.

Description:

Tungsten Inert Gas welding is one of the widely used techniques for joining ferrous and

non ferrous metals. In the TIG welding process present existing bevel angle possess the low

tensile strength. In order to improve the tensile strength in the TIG weldin g we are going to

increased existing bevel angle. The accuracy and quality of welded joints largely depends on the

tensile strength. . The strength of the welded joint is tested by a universal tensile testing machine

and the results are carried out by ASTM E8 procedures.
