Provide all aspects of administrative support to the President of the company and Executive

Team. Performs a variety of complex administrative tasks involving discretion of employee

credentials. This requires a moderate amount of independent judgment, related to the oversight of

various functions, including support to the Front Desk & HR team.

Provide domestic and global support to the Director of Sales and Business/Sales Team. This role

acts as a liaison between sales and other business units, while ensuring proper sales flow.

Compose and execute routine correspondence and special administrative projects

Ensure communication flow between Executive and HR/Finance Team

Assist scientists in development of text presentations, articles and publications

Provide Sales & Marketing assistance to EVP of Domestic & International Sales & Regional

Business Managers

Assist HR department in the interview recruitment, training, scheduling, travel arrangements

& internal event planning

Assist in the creation of various presentations for cosmetic formulations

Schedule global video conferences & monthly teleconferences

Provide additional support to other departments as needed

Secure & compile monthly reports

Coordinate domestic & global travel arrangements and process monthly expenses

Arrange routine and daily sales department conferences

Develop monthly sales presentations
