• Apartments with a total area of 70 m2. The project was aimed

mainly for students and young couples, projected with a relax

and modern design with low maintenance materials.

Furniture distribution and spaces are fully exploited.

• The main entrance was designed using different and local

types of materials like precinct stone, concrete and steel to

create an contemporary and elegant environment.

• The interiors were furnished with modern furniture in warm

tones.

interiors were projected with neutral colors, and color accents

in strategic places.

• This was my final thesis project for my bachelors degree in

“Interior Design and Landscaping ”.

• It’s a complete hotel development that includes, restaurant,

palafittes, villas, bar, spa and swimming pool area.
