Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of

the United States and Canada 1983-1987.

. I've been a Licensed Master Plumber since October 1, 1990

. Experience encompasses all phases of residential, commercial, industrial

and institutional applications consisting of new construction,

alterations, renovations, additions and repair.

. Educated and practiced in systems design engineering, blue prints reading

and interpretation and job site system layout.

. Efficient in heat loss calculation for hydronics baseboard and HVAC fan

coil systems to properly design, install and size boilers including in

floor radiant heating such as PEX piping and custom radiant heat

fixtures.

. Jobbing, repair and trouble shooting.

. Installation of gas piping, gas using fixtures, appliances, devices and

meters.

. Installations of drain, waste, vent and soil piping.

. Installation of hot and cold potable water distribution piping and hot

water return piping.

. Water mains, sanitary sewers, area drainage and dry wells.

. Installation of gas and oil fired boilers.

. Oil to gas conversions.

. Oil tank installations from 275 gallon VFOT to 1.000 gallon spherical

including their necessary supply pumps and day tanks.

. Sewage ejection systems all applications.

. CODE VIOLATIONS REMOVED AND CORRECTED.

. Installation of all High End Specialty Fixtures, faucets, shower bodies,

handicapped fixtures w/ accessories including any size any shape custom

made lead pans.

. Master Plumber License Number Can effectively oversee, run and foreman

any size job or major project / projects efficiently and cost

effectively.

. Organize and schedule with other trades to efficiently manage projects in

a productive and professional manner.

. Take care of all necessary paper work as it pertains to each individual

project or projects

relating to estimating, purchase orders and labor costs in an organized

manner.

. Soliciting vendors and material suppliers as to the pricing of project

specific materials, equipment and tools necessary for that specific

project completion in a cost effective and quality installation.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and future

engineers, architects and all agencies city, state and federal including

contractors and existing staff,
