for projects like Canon India and GE (Momentive) where handled

Mozambican, Angolan and Brazilian Client.

Worked with Oracle Corporation, Bangalore as a Portuguese

Translator under the payroll of CES Pvt Ltd.

. Job responsibilities: -

Act as point of contact and interpreter between Oracle team and

Client.

- Help Oracle team to communicate with end user as and when needed.

- Provide on-call support during out of office hours, weekends

and holidays.

1. Contacting Brazilian user via phone and email, translation of the

process documents (Technical).

2. Understand the Portuguese tickets reported. Analyze and summaries

them. Translate them into English. Tickets are related to Service

incident, service requests, and change requests. (Related to ORACLE

APPS).

3. Was a part of pilot batch while Transition. Interviewed candidates in

order enhance the language team. Handled the additional responsibility

of Shift lead (110 people).

Worked with the Embassy of Brazil, New Delhi, as a Secretary to the

Defence Attach of Brazil.
