Members and Provider Services representative receive calls from external customers (members

and providers) through the Avaya IVR phone system. The calls come into MVP and are distributed

to representative call queues. The date of bir th the caller enters into IVR system is verified against

t he date of birth in FACETS for the member number entered by the caller into the IVR system. A

representative is then notified of the incoming call via an HT M L page.
