Recent Positions 1999 - Present

Worked from October 2006 until October 2008 at UtiliQuest Utility Services in their

Ricmond Center Office. I started at the position of Damage Prevention Specialist

working primarily locating Gas, power and telephone accepted position of Quality

Auditor/Damage Investigator and after that accepted position as Field Supervisor for the

Southside Richmond Operations. UtiliQuest lost the contract and I moved to

Consolidated Utility Services locating Power and telephone October 2008 - 2010. When

Consolidated lost contract moved to S & N Communications locating Power, telephone

and CATV.

Worked at Adelphia Communications 1992 - 1999 Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. Positions

held:

Service Tech lll, Maintenance Tech, Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) Coordinator for 1GHz

upgrade (Southeast Regional Office Riviera Beach, Fl). Duties of MDU Coord. were,

implementation of I GHz cable and internet services, survey, design, ordering and

tracking of materials, management of all contractors (20 - 30 men), creation of all forms

necessary along with completion of all pertinent documentation and QC of all finished

work along with liaison between company and Homeowners Associations of each MDU.

Adelphia had approximately 125,000 units in their systems in Palm Beach, Martin and

St. Lucie Counties. I Left that and was a Supervisor/Sweep Technician for an

Independent Contractor who was doing work for AT&T doing sweep, FCC certification

and 110/90 volt power supply installation as part of their 1GHz upgrade in Illinois,

Michigan, New Jersey, and Virginia.
