May 1999 - July 2013 I worked at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky.

My title was Computer Operator and I worked as a computer operator for the first 3 years as they still had

the main frame. In the fourth year we changed over to servers, and I became more instrumental in

helping in the changeover and then teaching other associates about the new hardware and software. Spent

about 30 percent of my time on the help desk answering questions about Banner which was the primary

software. Worked in Microsoft Work, Excel and Power Point.

April 1998 - May 1999 I worked at the Richmond Register as a Circulation Clerk. I handled

receivables from the carriers and vendors. Answered the phone answering questions about circulation

issues and worked as a PBX operator.

March 1997 - April 1998 I worked at KI Manufacturing in Berea, Kentucky. The company

manufactures parts primarily for Nissan. I worked as trouble shooter. I would learn a job, time myself

and report to my supervisor

October 1996 - March 1997 I worked at TAKICO Manufacturing in Berea, Kentucky. This company

manufactured parts primarily for Toyota. I worked doing mostly data entry preparing for their Y2K

change over.

May 1984 - Sept 1996 I worked at the JC Penney Distribution Center in Reno, NV. I started

out in Customer Service, where I worked the first year. This entailed data entry, calling customers and

taking calls. I spent another 2 years in the warehouse processing returns then went into the DATA center

for the remainder of the 9 years I was there. We had the main frame and I went through allot of hardware

changes and at the end they were changing over to servers.

April 1983 - May 1984 I worked at Lion Manufacturing in Reno, NV. I worked as a

Computer Operator working primarily with NIXDORF. I input all data for jobs and ran these jobs as

well as distributed the output.

March 1982 - April 1983 I worked as a payroll clerk at Yancy Roofing in Sacramento California.

My duties entailed keeping track of all time by everyone employed there, paying them and also spent allot

of time on the phones and filing.

July 1980 - Feb 1982 I attended and Graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Computer

Programming from Terra Technical College in Fremont, Ohio

Nov 1975 - Nov 1978 I spent this time in the ARMY. I went in as a Truck Driver and then

transferred to Supply and then to Computer Operator
