I successfully completed my bachelor degree as translator and Interpreter in 2007. After

a couple of years working as translator and Interpreter in my home town, I decided to

face new challenges and improve my language skills abroad. I am looking for a job

where I can use my excellent communication skills.

customer care, market researches, improvement of marketing strategies, international

fairs organization. Here I have the opportunity to better use my personal marketing

skills.

Audi Customer Services – CC Wellcom GmbH (05-2010/06-2013)

I have worked in the international team of Audi and I was responsible for several

European markets, in particular for Italy, Spain, and Germany.

This experience has helped me to work under stress and I developed my problem

solving skill even more.

I have used this opportunity to develop remarkable management, organizational and

soft skills. I could reach this thanks to a simple formula: if you work with optimism and

positivity, your work will always be positive and qualitative.

Travels. I am fascinated of new cultures, because the differences can open new

horizons. I have travelled around the world and every little place has taught me

something important. The world is a book and those who do not travel read just one

page.

Sport. Mens sana, in corpore sano, means a healthy mind in a healthy body.

I prefer sports where people need to have high mental effort and coordination .

Psychology. I have read several books about the body language and the non -visual

communication. I think that the subconscious plays a decisive role in everyday life and

in every aspect of our lives.

Languages. I studied as interpreter in English and German, languages are my

passion.

My native language is Italian, now I am learning Spanish (good level) and Japanese.

I have started Japanese since few months.

Communication. Being able to communicate correct information is fundamental today.

That’s why I studied and focused about this aspect to work more effectively.

Computer. I am confident with computers. Who doesn’t use them today?

I have also other work experiences,

I will glad to talk about them during an interview.
