Pinnacle Orthopaedics is a 26 million annual revenue operation with 12

geographically different locations covering 5 counties and 29 providers. I

was recruited back to Pinnacle to turn their operations around and increase

their revenue. I was also responsible for strategic planning and

management, business development, financial analysis and management, market

analysis and management, operations management and human resources to

include team facilitation. I accomplished all of these tasks successfully.

Performed complete business assessment, effectively redesigned operational

processes by utilizing incremental changes.

Increased annual revenue 19% and maintained that level.

Reduced day's receivable outstanding from over 90 days to 39 days.

Successfully recruited subspecialty providers providing an increase in

market share and establishing operations in new geographic locations and

reduced fixed overhead per physician.

practice from a single specialty orthopaedic surgical practice to a full

independent operations. I accomplished this task successfully. I had full

responsibility for the successful operation of the practice. Areas of

responsibility included, strategic, business development, finance,

marketing, operations and human resources.

Researched outsource billing as opposed to in-house billing operations.

Established in-house billing operations achieving positive cash flow after

3 months.

Established in-house accounting and discovered a discrepancy of 1 million

dollars still owed to Vail from multi-specialty group.

Researched and negotiated for another MRI open unit, evaluated bids and

oversaw build out.

Recruited and trained staff for independent operations.
