Human Resource Manager

Valtur - Italian company leader in managing tourist structures (Village and Village Resort),

marketing of tourism services, in Italy and abroad

Reporting to the CEO, I coordinate a team of 12 resources.

The main activities were:

- management and coordination of the HR service providers who are in charge of the payroll

activities;

- relation with local unions;

- relation with trade union (national and local);

- management of legal issues with the support of lawyers;

- recruitment activities (recruitment processes, support to line with the recruiting, drawing up

of the contracts, transfers of employees);

- employee relations;

- compensation and benefit administration;

- ensure development and respect of the HR policies;

- management of the employees performance appraisal

- ensure compliance of budget assigned.

I also covered, a.,i., the role of Payroll Manager in which I’d guarantee:

- the re-organization and coordination of payroll department,

payroll assistants, guarantee the correct application of labour laws and national collective

contracts

- reporting regarding cost of labour, budget, budget review for head quarter and resorts.

In October 2011 the company was admitted to the Marzano procedure "in recovery", the special

administration procedure to ensure business continuity.

In this delicate phase Human Resources Department is working on activities related to the

extraordinary procedure (measures to reduce costs, agreements with Trade Union in order to

guarantee the labour conditions to support the business and to avoid the labour disputes with

employees)

In October 2013 was completed the acquisition of some company assets, and I closed the

agreement with the national trade union for the spin off of 89 employees.

guarantee the correct application of labour laws;

During 2005 I overviewed a BPO process for the payroll activities that was completed in October

2005 with the spin off of 9 resources of the Payroll Department.
