The professional goal is to complete a Ph.D. in Education and secure
appointment to a faculty position that will provide a basis for further
efforts to strengthen and improve educational organizations and (with
particular focus on the Middle East) government programs aimed at
developing human resource talent.
Particularly interested in, and attracted to, opportunities to strengthen
and improve interpersonal skills and sensitivities, particularly relating
to multicultural groups.
