Grew B2B key account capital equipment sales 15-35% per year. Several sales
engineers struggled to achieve quota. Led the cross-functional team sales
of semiconductor fab, assembly and test capital equipment products through
international account management of Agere, AMD, Analog Devices, Avaya, IBM,
Lockheed Martin, Lucent, Micron, Motorola, Nortel, Philips, Raytheon,
Seagate, and Texas Instruments including sales to their subcontractors in
Singapore, Malaysia and China.
Turned around underperforming region. Eastern Region of Advanced Career
Technologies suffered from poor sales and low morale. Boosted number of
sales calls and promoted closer field-HQ teamwork. I increased B2C sales
every year for this Executive Recruiting, Corporate Outplacement and
Personal Marketing firm through innovative recruiting, training, sales and
