Agricultural Using Designer/2000, reverse engineered six systems
Division consisting of approximately 250 tables from an ORACLE
August, 1995 version 6.0.36 database
- September Retrofitted tables to entities, defined relationships that
1995 were then generated into constraints, and generated several
models of their data, both logical as well as physical.
Generated version 7 DDL to promote integrity within the
database.
GE Nuclear Programmer Analyst - MFG Systems
Fuels Designed several interfaces between existing COBOL systems
March, 1995 - and developed Oracle applications for a cost accounting
August, 1995 system. This task required interfacing to and from existing
systems and new Oracle databases. Also developed the
applications to perform these tasks.

June, 1993 - Involved in the analysis and design for analytical and
February, transactional systems for financial and process
1996 manufacturing based clients using Oracle's CASE methodology
and tool suite.
Developed progressively detailed entity relationship
diagrams (ERD's) during the course of the project's life
cycle. The collection of these diagrams represent a phased
approach from the discovery of entities, attributes of
entities and their relationships, through their transitions
from this highly conceptual level as they evolve into
physical database objects consisting of tables, columns,
constraints, etc.
Conducted Rapid Applications Design (RAD) using a
prototyping approach. This technique used the CASE
generators for forms and defined an interactive method for
designing the final applications that were being developed.
The functions defined in the repository were the generation
of default application designs.
Generated default database designs using the CASE toolkit.
This information was gathered from the entities and their
relationships that were stored in the CASE dictionary and
was analyzed to make intelligent suggestions for actual
table, constraint and index layouts. Performed
reconciliation analysis between given database accounts and
the CASE repository, and generated scripts to resolve any
discrepancies.
