As Director of Human Resources, I manage all of the HR functions as the company has grown from 100
employees to 215 employees. As a department of one, I am the point of contact for employees and
management alike. I transitioned our medical and dental plans from fully funded plans to self insured plans.
I developed and implemented a successful Employee Wellness Program. I also revamped our employee
evaluation and compensation programs. In addition to the duties I performed as the HR Manager of
Columbia Medical Associates, I am also responsible for the following:
