Goal
I am looking for a position where I can apply my previous experience in management of departments,
personnel and projects; in purchasing/supply chain: including inventory of warehouse/stock materials,
establishing budgets and negotiating contracts; and property management to further my career. I have

Responsible for the coordination of maintenance repairs, generating purchase orders for materials and
services, and tracking/renewing service purchase orders related to the 17 properties managed by the
Shadyside office. Assisting the Property Manager with tenant and neighbor communications/relations;
the budgeting process; lease management including: renewing leases with current tenants, showing rental
opportunities to potential new tenants, creating lease requests; processing PIRF requests and project
