Cummins India Limited (CIL) is a part of Cummins Inc. USA which is the

world's largest diesel engine designer and manufacturer. It is a 51 percent

In India, Cummins holds 11 entities across 200 locations in the country. It

has a combined turnover of over Rs.25,000 million. CIL has produced more

than 180,000 engines to date in its state-of-art manufacturing facilities

in Kothrud, Pune.

. Presently working on the Interfaces to be to flow to a new payroll

system called ADP by designing almost 5 Interfaces individually which

takes care of the data that flows to the ADP payroll system

. Successfully handled kronos during the parallel runs which includes

the old legacy system as well as the new ADP system.

. Implemented kronos as a part of phase-2 implementation for Cummins

Generator technologies, Cummins Fuel Systems, Cummins PGBU, Cummins

Research & technologies LTD .

. Trained all the consultants in CBS on the configuration part of

kronos.

. Trained all the Payroll Team as how to Run the payroll from Kronos to

Payroll system

. Presently handling around 11 different entity payrolls every month.

. Providing the front end as well as back end support for total

entities.

. Did the payroll harmonization for total entities in Cummins India Ltd.

. Developed the reports such as leaves taken during a particular period

of time, Adjustment report, short leaves report, pending leaves

report, JSM Sunday working report, Late coming report, Exception

report,

. Handling the Errors in the staging table(ONS) and resolving them on

daily basis.

. Installing the service packs as and when required.

. I am also aware of the payroll processing system in Cummins about the

batch uploads, pay registers, voucher generations, Full and final

settlements, expenses claim process etc etc.

. Handling the day to day issues of the users of the kronos system.

. Developed an interface based upon which the attendance reward is paid

for all the associates in Cummins.

. Single handedly I process the payroll for all 11 different entities

and around 9000 odd employees across Cummins all locations.

. Working on support and development issues of the client.

. Trained a batch of around 6 people on kronos which Includes

configuration as well as interfacing.

. Developed an interface to get all the labor level transfer sets from

the custom table and updated the same into kronos.

. Developed the links in all the activity import interfaces for

excluding the special characters from entering into kronos system.

. Handling the Errors in transaction assistant and sending them to the

concerned persons to make the respective changes.

. Converted nearly about 15 interfaces from Workforce connect to

Workforce Integration manager

. Handling the day to day issues of the users of the kronos system.
