with loan options and assisted them with choosing the best loan that met their needs and with the

required paperwork, etc. Borrowers are obtained via marketing to loans where the mortgage

servicing rights were owned by Bayview Loan Servicing.

Originated conforming purchase and refinance loans that complied with Fannie Mae guidelines.

Engaged in the originating and processing of loans. Presented borrowers with loan options and

assisted them with choosing the best loan that met their needs and with the required paperwork,

etc. Also, performed many processing related tasks so that loans would close in a timely fashion.

Maintained an open line of communication with borrowers from the time of application until the

loans closed and beyond.
