are receiving Partial Hospitalization Program Services (PHP) and Family
Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS) to ensure continuity of care and
provider collaboration.
. Review service requests for PHP and FBMHS, collaborate with Physician
Advisors to determine if the appropriate medical necessity criteria has
been met.

environmental factors as it applies to ELLs and their families.
. Facilitate a multicultural exchange between ELL and non-ELL students
through a group process (Ambassador Club) that targets bullying, self-
esteem, cultural competence, and drug and alcohol use, etc.
. Facilitate and incorporate additional resources to provide food,
clothing, financial resources, etc. to immigrants and refugees.
. Work with the school district physician who oversees the physical and
dental clinics in order to connect immigrants and refugees with necessary
services.

investigation process into identified concerns.

. Complete clinical reviews with managed care companies.
