Objective

To find a solid and successful company to grow with using my years of experience in customer service,

electrical, mechanical, computer, and field operations work dealing with a wide verity of personnel from all

over the united states with great success.

Experience

A&E Factory Service September Present 2014

I am a field service tech repairing laundry equipment with 7 to 13 calls per day depending on what calls I am

given for the day and the repairs needed to be done. I drive a Company Van, have Company tools and

many of my own, Company credit cards for Equipment, tools, parts, gas and whatever is needed day to day.

I am doing this on a temporary basis at this time as the division I was hired for was closed down and moved

to Seattle North End. I am doing this until it runs out or I find a new Career with a Company. The repairs

are Electrical, Mechanical, and all moving parts with over 86 different brands and or models washers and

dryers total.

Advanced Service and Repair 2004 2013

I was doing all field maintenance and repair work on Recreation Vehicles large and small working on

generators, inverters, frame work and repair, welding, roofing, flooring, and much more. I ran this business’

day to day operations doing the office work, scheduling, recordkeeping, filling, billing, along with all of the

road service activities and more. I also have a few years under my belt driving and operating many forklifts

and loaders like a Clark 550, Toyota 117 and Hyster 190 or 280 My customer service skills really got very

good during this time dealing with a wide variety great people over the years. We had to close the business

after 11 years of operation due to our building shutting down without notice in May 2013.

Java Billiards 2002 2013

My wife Chris Hoffman Fagundes ran 90% of the day to day operations. Java Billiards was an all ages’

family pool Parlor that did not serve any Alcohol. It had a complete Coffee shop and Café, with 11 pool

tables, video games, darts, board games, Wi Fi, and much more. We worked with local schools, churches,

and many local businesses for teaching kids how to work programs and different teaching styles allowed by

the state of WA. My responsibilities where keeping the daily records, filling, billiards table repair, cue sales

and repairs, booking events and most of all giving any support I could at all times.

A American Limo 2007 Current

I help schedule daily drives when needed along with driving all of the limousine rentals during the day and

night hours covering the greater Seattle Area to The Olympia Area.

Service Fleet Complete when not in service and when needed

Map upcoming tours for clients to choose from supplying solid customer service for years.

Interact with clients in new ways to give a different style of service while taking tours and more.

Education

B.C.T.I 1994 1996

This was Business Computer Training Institute of Washington teaching me everything about business

computer operations back in the 90’s. I received a Certification of Completion and many awards while in

school and finished in September 1996 after two years.

DeAnza C.C. 1980 1982

I went to DaAnza Community College off and on for two years taking the courses for Computer Science like

I really wanted to do. Some College but did not graduate.

Skills

I have excellent customer service, electrical service and repair, mechanical service and repair, computer

software and hardware use, trouble shooting, all hand tools, reading drawings, CDL B, great leadership

experience, Sales, marketing, multitasking, and much more.

Volunteer Experience

I am in my 7th year of being elected to office of Fife School Board of Directors Position #1

I was appointed over 6 years ago to the City of Fife, Washington Planning Commission Board of Directors

serving the city as much as I can.

I belong to the Communities In Schools mentoring program for two years now having the privilege of

connecting with a student for one hour a week during the school year and I can change this at any time to

my work schedule
