PRACTICAL PROCEDURES

I am competent in the following:

Anaesthesia

Experienced in advanced management including fiberoptic bronchoscopy and percutaneous

tracheostomy. experienced in invasive haemodynamic monitoring including ultrasoun guided

central line placement. able to managed independently most of the interventional pain

management techniques. extensive experienced of pain and palliative care. extensive

knowledge and experienced of intensive care of critically ill and ventilated patients. vast

knowledge in managing patients on mechanical ventilator, with sepsis. have knowlegde on use

of antibiotics and nutritionSimple and advanced airway management

Have vast experience in critical care. Have managed critically ill immucompromised patients.

Have experience in managing ventilated patients. Have worked with various newer ventilators with

various modes. Have experience in managing patients with ARDS, pulmonary edema, CCF,

pneumonia etc. Have managed various cases with sepsis according to guidelines. Have used

antibiotics in ICU according to present infection and culture and sensitivity. Have knowledge in

both enteral and per-enteral nutrition.

Have gained experience in managing patients with cancer pain. Managed most of patients with

cancer pain according to WHO analgesic ladder, and for the rest of the patients various

interventional methods were used. For unresponsive drug resistant head and neck pain, we had

use maxillary, mandibular, occipital, glossopharyngeal radiofrequency ablation and neurolysis. For

back pain, various interlaminar and transforaminal steroid under C-ARM guidance tried. Have

also experience in handling intra-thecal morphine pump and peripheral nerve stimulators. Have

experience in performing other interventional procedures like lumber plexus RFA, sciatic nerve

RFA, intercostals RFA etc.

Regional anaesthetic blocks including Spinal, Epidural, Paravertebral and thoracic epidural

block, Caudal block( Both nerve stimulator and sono guided), spinal in neonates,pediatric

epidural, painless labour.

All regional blocks of upper and lower limbs.

Four months exclusive training in all types of major and minor onco surgeries(AIIMS).

Six months exclusive training in all types of neurosurgeries including all types of

tumor(posterior fossa),trauma and anuerysm(more than 400cases).

Six months exclusive training in all types of neonatal and pediatric surgeries(more than

800cases).

More than 70 cardiac surgeries including closed, open heart and beating heart surgeries.
