About Joe

I have a very high technical aptitude cultivated from a very early age. The first toy I remember my father

giving me was a socket set and a broken lawn mower. By age twelve, I was doing 95% of all repairs on

the farm regardless of genre, electrical, hydraulic, motors, engines, tractors, automotive, etc. Do not

overlook me due to my Agricultural Engineering Degree. I went to this direction for the opportunity to

choose classes across multiple engineering disciplines: Mechanical to Electrical to Civil; kinematics to

thermodynamics, to hydrology, to circuitry, to instrumentation. I am a quick study and find that “things

just make sense to me.”

Because of my varied studies and experiences, I have been able to performed engineering services

across a wide range of areas. I was responsible for Design, Manufacturing and Production engineering in

Heavy/Emergency vehicles, custom vehicles and the boating industries. I performed Test Engineering

functions in the Aviation, Nuclear and Homeland Security industries. I have managed projects, test

programs, assets and personnel.

My military and farm background has prepared me for working alone or as a member of a team. I have

learned to trust my instincts, to listen to other ideas, to bounce things off team members and to lead by

example.
