• Participated in a number of user meetings which involved study of Business process, gathering and

documenting requirements.

• Prepared business blue print for ESS and MSS as per client’s requirements.

• Designed the structures for the Security roles both in the Front end (Portal) and back end (R/3).

• Done the configuration for the CATS Regular time sheet to let the employees report their own time instead of

the time keeper.

• Time statement and the Salary statement of all pay periods were made available in ESS, so that employees

can check their vacation balances and their absence quotas in the Time statement and verify their pay stubs

through salary statements online.

• Written Functional specifications for many changes that were needed as per the client’s requirement. For

example, to show the snap shot of the salary statement, to display the time units recorded from the CATS

database.

• Created public holidays, holiday calendars, break schedules, work schedules and work schedule rules.

• Defined time Quota Compensation methods, and assigned wage types for the quotas to be compensated.

• Maintained features SCHKZ, TMSTA, and QUOMO.

• Done the configuration for the usage of Cross Application time sheets (CATS).
