• Observed and documented the quality of the Contractor’s work to ensure conformance with

the contract documents including activities such as; Excavation (Blasting and Boring),

Concrete Pouring, Rebar inspection, WaterProofing Membrane inspection, and Shotcrete

Prep/ Approval for Application.

• Performed general safety and environmental surveillance

• Inspected construction sites for work being done in the Right-of-Way in residential and

commercial developments.

• Observed and examined curb placement and preparation.

• Inspected the water service lines on site for leaks
