Selected Achievements

Turned around abandoned territory for MACtac, growing Western regional sales 45%. Western territory had been

neglected for almost 14 months, and sales were in steep decline. Recruited to rebuild territory. Designed and

implemented direct mail program and organized sales presentation plan, signing two new distributors and six clients.

Created marketing and sales plan generating 41% of sales revenue: LRI Acquisitions acquired 3 million dollar Roof

Company in 18 months the company grew to 5.9 million in sales. Mr. Bryditzki was responsible for 2.3 million all at

high GP. Commercial sales reached as high as 59.8% GP.

Rescued MACtac’s largest client on West Coast, winning 100% of their business. Two long-time MACtac clients

merged. Business with this client was slipping, and competitors were pursuing them. Met with all relevant client

department heads, and identified major concerns. Instituted cell phone access line for their personal use to ensure

accessibility and responsiveness. Organized their inventory, researched their projects, and presented more economical

products to suit their needs and increase their profitability.
