PROJECTS

1. Project Title : Thyristor.

Description : Thyristor is a product used in heater applications for the

purpose of energy saving, current and voltage controlling. It has the types as single phase,

phase to phase and three phases as analog and digital types respectively. It also has

controlled by the controller (PID) with different brands.

Roles & Responsibilities : Assembling, Testing, Calibration, Commissioning,

Servicing, Quality checking and Related R&D work.

2. Project Title : Rail pressure sensor

Description : Rail pressure sensor is used in the pressure sensing

applications in such a way it can sense the pressure and send to system as feedback.

Roles & Responsibilities : Testing, Calibration and Commissioning.

3. Project Title : GSM

Description : Global System Monitoring is used for the measurements of

level, flow, pressure and temperature. Mainly it is used for level measurements of water in

tank. It will send the SMS to the mobile which is registered in the GSM.

Roles & Responsibilities : Testing, Calibration and Servicing.

Description : Heater Braking Alarm is mainly used for making alarm

when any of the load has disconnected. It also indicates where there is low current occurs.

It reduces the damages in Heater in various heating application.

Roles & Responsibilities : Testing and Commissioning

5. Project Title : Induction Heating

Description : Induction heating is more widely used for hardening

numerous components such as valves, rock drills and metals. It has done by using the

component (IGBT). It has the ability of withstanding high frequency and voltage.

Roles & Responsibilities : Assembling, Testing, Commissioning and Servicing

6. Project Title : Impedance Heating

Description : Impedance heating is one of the many styles of heating

technique, through Joules effect, uses the pipe itself as the heating source. This allows

uniform heating around the process with minimal impact on the installation site. It is used

in the applications of Heat tracing and Heat transfer.

Roles & Responsibilities : Designing, Assembling, Testing, Commissioning, Servicing

and Fabrication.

7. Project Title : VFD Drive

Description : VFD Drives are mostly used in the Inductive loads

applications.Have worked with AC drives of (ABB) make.

Roles & Responsibilities : Installation and servicing.

8. Project Title : Quality control and Quality assurance

Description : Responsible for materials at the inward and to pass the

final QA
