Professional Experience

I have spent the last 39 years working in the Paper Industry, my

experiences range from the entry level to that of Lead Operator-Team

Leader.

I was part of the original start up team in 1975, and part of the

start up team for 6 different system start ups, including #1 De-Ink

system, #2 De-Ink system, # De-Ink system, the OCC system, and the

rebuilds and start ups of those systems.

I have operated 4 different tub pulpers, as well as a Fiber Flow

Drum Pulper.

My job was to operate 2 De-Ink systems and 1 OCC system at the same

time, and to supervise my crew which consisted of 7 to 20 employees.

I have extensive experience in all types of Recycle Fiber equipment,

including but not limited to screens, cleaners, disc filters, deckers,

presses, high density cleaners, raggers, automatic valves, pumps, as well

as chemical mixing, monitoring, and handling.

I have experience on the Emergency Response Team, Hazmat training, Rail

car unloading, and have conducted daily and monthly safety meetings.

I am in excellent physical shape, am able to stand for long periods of

time, climb stairs and walk long distances. I have experience in public

speaking, training other employees, and have recently taken and passed

the mass and poss test.

Recycle Fiber Operator

Achievements:

. Operated 6 different fiber systems, which included initial start up

of each system. Controlled up to 1500 tons per day of stock, which

included coordinating with paper machines and power house.

Continually operated 2 to 3 systems at the same time.

Systems included 3 separate De-Ink systems, and 2 OCC systems, plus

the rebuilds of those systems.

. Operated both Panel Controlled Systems, and Honeywell Touch Screen

Computers, DCS controls.

Controlled up to 130 automatic valves, 60 pumps, level controls,

consistency, brightness, steam pressures, chemical flows, as well as

chemical system to produce bleach. Equipment for process included

pressure screens, water clarifiers, both tub and Fiber Flow Drum,

Trash screens, Presses, Deckers, Cleaners, Bel-Purge, Bel-Shear,

Trommel Screen, bull screens.

Responsibilities:
