Main activities and responsibilities

Software compatibility test on Windows XP, Unattended Packages Creation, Software Distribution and

Second level help Desk. The aim of the project was to certify the entire Draka Software for system

integration due to the acquisition of Draka company (NL) by Prysmian S.p.A. To realize this project we

used the following software:

Wise Package Studio to create packages MSI compliant

Altiris Software Delivery

In this project I have had to interact with LSA and IT managers in 30 countries around the world through

conference call in English language, to share and solve technical issues

Unicenter Remote Control

In this specific instance, I realized these projects:

Oracle Client Update (from 8.1.7 to 10) with strong care to compatibility of the different software

versions.

Updating blind people workstations with the softwares Jaws and Magic (Freedom Scientific). I

worked strictly with the final users to create a workplace, suitable to satisfy all their requirements.

During this period I trained some apprentices when they started to work on the project.
