Authorization (LOA) revocation.

Aerostat Operations Team Site Lead
Tested, repaired and assisted with engineering support to achieve surveillance program
objectives. Achieved maximized unmanned surveillance system performance while minimizing
operational cost.

Managed the handing, launching, positioning and recovering of the Aerostat surveillance
equipment reducing operating recovery cost.
Supported Military Forward Operating Base’s (FOB’s), Tactical Operations Center’s

FOB Security Site/Operations Manager
Executed Forward Operating Base (FOB) security including; security planning, development
and implementation, ensuring the safety of military and civilian personnel within the compound.
Highlighted Duties:
Managed a 12 American expatriate (EXPAT) supervisory team and a Ugandan security
force of 300 personnel to ensure personnel base safety.
Generated and presented recommendations to Tactical Operation Center (TOC) and
Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) personnel to increase security posture.
Recommendations allowed daily operations to continue without interruptions or an
increase to Military cost.
Interfaced with FOB commander and TOC staff to ensure all FOB policies and directives
were achieved. This work included coaching subordinate supervisory staff on their roles

Analyses & Mitigation planning and execution.
