I am looking to change my career path and so I am looking for a data entry position. I am efficient with a

computer and type as 42 wpm. I have great communication skills. I am very task orientated and work well

independently and as a team. Working under pressure and in a fast paced environment is my forte as I was an

umpire and in the manufacturing field. I have data entry experience in the manufacturing field as it is required

to enter information into a computer to process orders. I also have data entry experience as a cashier.

Major Duties or Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct and perform routine and comprehensive custodial maintenance of assigned facilities.

• Identify stains and use proper chemicals for removal.

• Vacuum, shampoo and spot clean carpets and furniture.

• Sweep, mop floors, and wash windows and doors.

• Remove waste in accordance with established procedures.

• Separate all waste(compost/comingle/mixed paper/construction waste/trash) and empty it into the proper

receptacle; and operate waste compactors.

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms; and stock facilities with toiletries and other

supplies.

• Clean offices and dance studios.

• Report and respond to emergency calls for custodial assistance.

• Assist in outside maintenance (shovel snow, applying sand, salt and/or deicer, pull weeds, pressure wash

sidewalks, trash removal, etc.)

• Perform preventative maintenance in and around facilities.

• Respond to service requests, coordinate resources and implement the set up and take down of furniture and

equipment for a wide variety of facility events.

• Operate power equipment such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, pressure washer, hand and power tools

and facility vehicles.

• Repair vacuums and other heavy cleaning equipment.

• Assist in directing the work of other part-time custodians and short-term, non-continuing employees.
