AUTONOMOUS IRRIGATION SYSTEM USING OPTIMIZED RENEWABLE

Project Description

The work is to reduce the problem associated with farming using LabVIEW

based control techniques. In the system of irrigation, critical information (soil

moisture content) which is sent to a computer is provided by a sensor. The

computer uses this information to schedule irrigation by turning ON or OFF a

solenoid valve that supply water to the farmland. Based on the level of the

tank and ground water-pump will be automatically ON/OFF and whole

automatic irrigation system will be operated through solar tracked renewable

energy resources.
