Cook Race & Sports Ltd. - Cook Islands -president 1998-2001

Obtained gaming license from the Cook Island government. Put together a

group consisting of sports book director, I.T. expert, TV producer and

venture capitalist. Set up banking system and created and syndicated weekly

half hour TV gaming show to promote our website and secure players. When

laws in the US changed sold the company to a hotel gaming chain in

Australia.

Las Vegas Television Network - Las Vegas NV. - President - 1993-1997

Initially hired as V.P. Direct Response division. Promoted to network

president after 12 months. Sold enough advertising to launch network.

Negotiated license fees with foreign and domestic companies, secured

affiliates for the network. Responsible for P & L. Hired staff. Created

revenue streams through paid programming, D.R., product placement, on air

shopping shows.

Home Shopping Network - Los Angeles CA. - V.P. Marketek division

A new division was created to move unsold HSN merchandise utilizing new

outlets on a P.I. basis. Produced TV commercials and placed spots on

various TV stations and cable networks. Hired and trained support staff of

writers, producers, directors, crews and actors.

WHLL-TV - Boston MA. - V. P. and General Manager

Took this STV to broadcast. Obtained cable coverage, and FCC approval.

Hired, trained and directed sales department. Acted as national rep and

took station from $90,000 to 400,000 per month first year. Added news and

commercial free prime time movies to enhance ratings.

WLXI - TV - Greensboro N.C. - General Manager -

Started last in market with ratings and revenue. Changed from losing Indy

TV station to a profitable Radio station with Pictures. As a full time

music video channel we went into the black first year utilizing creative

promotions and a personality driven V.J. format a la old radio.

Columbia Pictures- Hollywood - Special Projects Manager -

Traveled America setting up pay per view operations for our movies with

major hotel chains. Worked with Forrest Tucker producing an ad supported

film directed to tourist in each city.

KIKU-TV - Honolulu -General Manager -

Turned this Japanese language station from loser to winner within 18

months. Fired, hired and trained new staff. Revamped entire station.

Negotiated with NHK network in Japan for shows.

Brought the Sumo wrestlers out of Japan for first time ever for major $$$

promotion.
