Responsibilities included set up of brand new operation of machine and position. My position required the programming of

the machine from the manual to inventing the best and most efficient work process for the job. This included setting the

piece, determining the piece rate of pay, training the employees to perform the job. With leadership our quotes were met for

the day. My position required assisting in daily production in area that was short for the daily quota. My skills allow my

participation from the beginning of the production to the finished product..
