I have network support experience. I have done system backups, experienced catastrophic system failures/disaster recovery, cloned images for workstation/server restoral, configured servers, laptops, desktops, and some mobile devices, have completed hardware upgrades comprised of RAM, HDDs, video cards and large screen monitors, video teleconferencing equipment, smart boards, sound systems, keyboards, and pointing devices.
