Project Summary

1) CIC (Credit Information Centre)

Automation of the report generation that Shinsei bank needs to submit to the CIC authority in Japan. This report is generated from FinnOne Lending (a product of Nucleus Software, for BMW portfolio, implemented in Shinsei Bank in Japan) This report summarizes the loan details including the applicant as well as guarantor details of BMW. It is a critical

report for the bank as it contains Customer demographics as well as the applicant financial details. The report is generated in fixed format provided by CIC authority. And Involves complex conditions and logics to attain the required information in the required format. Report is generated parrallely from two source systems [FINNONE and Mainframe] in similar format and then Reconciliation of both the reports is done for the verification. And after the analysis and verification, the report is sent to the CIC authority in encrypted format.The report is generated through batch processes scheduled monthly. This batch process extracts the data from the Finnone Lending system and generates the final report in the desired format.

Role:

1. Held an active role throughout lifecycle of the multiple components required for processing of data.

2. Handled the reconciliation module and Report generator module from Mainframe single handedly including requirement analysis, Functional specification, code implementation and integration testing.

3. Provide support to the system after the system goes to production.

4. Got award recognition and customer appreciation for the completing the System before time span provided by the customer

2. FinnOne™ Lending system

Client : SHINSEI BANK, JAPAN (Nucleus Software Exports Limited)

The FinnOne™ Lending system is the automation of loan processing. It caters to the requirements of any installment-based loan. The product covers the entire life cycle of a loan transaction right from product definition, application processing and documentation, billing and accruals to rescheduling, foreclosures and terminations.

3) FinnOne™ Collection system

The FinnOne™ collection system is the automation of tracking and management of delinquent customers and help the organizations to minimize delinquencies through series of proactive actions and tighter supervision. The system manages the entire collections lifecycle from soft calling to delinquent customers to tackling hard bucket collections,including followups on legal cases till the final closure.

Role

1. Understanding of the product.

2. Enhancement to incorporate the client specific changes.

3. Supported the implementation of the product.

4. Coordinated with the front end design team to provide them with the necessary stored procedures and packages and the necessary insight into the data.

4) MRT (Master Reporting Tool)

Client : Shinsei Bank, Japan (Nucleus Software Exports Limited)

This System automates the reports that Shinsei bank submits to the Legal Compliances like Bank of Japan.

Role:

1. Involved in the production support for this project.

2. Understanding of all modules.

3. Involved in the continuous enhancements and fixing of production problems

4. Knowledge sharing with other team for upgradation of the system as per the latest technology

5. Involved in UAT Testing and SIT testing for the upgraded system.
