I am a student of 4th year, 8th semester BTech. Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering,Netaji

Subhash Engineering College. My course is affiliated to the West Bengal University of Technology and is

scheduled to end in July, 2014 with final publication of results.

Being a student of Instrumentation I am keenly interested in plant and process technology. Although I

humbly confess that I am a beginner in the subject. But, I believe my internship experience along with

my strong academic performance has prepared me for any kind of role and will allow me the chance to

contribute in a highly effective and professional manner. As an intern I got the opportunity to serve the

prestigious Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, VECC Kolkata where I have at my level, earnestly

contributed to their breakthrough research on Electron Cyclotron Resonance. I gained knowledge and

skill in PCB layout (hardware and software design, Proteus), microprocessors, programming in C and

ALP through the internship. Also, I have completed project based training on PLC, SCADA, and HMI

from centre from Centre for Electronics Test Engineering (CETE, ERTL, Kolkata). I am familiar to

software like LABVIEW, PSPICE, MATLAB, and MPLAB. Sensors, DAS, Automation and control have

been my focus area of curriculum as well as my area of interest.

I have an excellent academic record since my high school. My graduation percentage has been consistent

through all semesters and totals up to 82.2% till the 7th semester.

Hindalco Industries is a renowned company in the field of metallurgical manufacturing industry and I

would be glad if I could contribute my best to this organisation. I am interested in the Graduate Engineer

Trainee post and believe that this would be the perfect start to my career.
