Presently:

Worked as Maintenance Engineer in M/S. Prakash Industries Limited (STEEL

& POWER div), Chhattisgarh, India (an ISO 9001,14001,OHSAS 18001 &

ISO 50001 certified company) having 7no of 25 MW Siemens make steam

turbine 7.5MWx4 & 10MWX1 make steam turbine with overall capacity of 215

MW Captive power plant.

Work Experience:

. Breakdown Maintenance of LT motor (ABB, Kirloskar, Siemens).

. Maintenance of HT bus (11kv, 6.6kv) and LT bus (415v,220v and 110v).

. Maintenance of Generating Xmer (35MVA) and Auxiliary Xmer

(6MVA,3MVA,2MVA)

. Testing of transformers and Alternator.

. Maintenance of Electro Static Precipitator.

. Handling switchyard of 132KV and 33 KV.

. Maintenance of Vacuum Circuit Breaker (Alstom) and Air Circuit Breaker

(L&T).

. Maintenance of 25MW turbo generator (TDPS).

. Breakdown Maintenance of LT cables.

. Write reports detailing current systems, daily report and changes to

each site.

. Periodic maintenance - battery testing, motor and transformer.

. Managing All Feeder connection from MCC and PCC Panels.

. Planning for shut down, spare management.

. Troubleshoot on electrical systems/equipment.

. Execute various projects, ensuring compliance with safety requirements

and Indian standards

. Work as Energy auditor as well as coordinators for ISO 50001.

. Work as coordinators for ISO 9001, 14001 and ohsas 18001.

. Planning to improve auxiliary power consumption.

. Synchronize generator with grid

. Maintain power factor as per LDC requirement
