I have devoted my entire life to be the best in whatever I pursue by treating others as I would like to be treated. This golden rule I carry with

learned in life that you must serve before you can lead. I have succeeded in 3 career choices in my lifetime and I choose the computer field

Work Experience

Senior Field Service Engineer (Jun-2010 - Present)

Wincor Nixdorf Inc, Austin, TX

Responsible for emergency repair, install and maintenance of Computer based network systems. Travel throughout Virginia using

company vehicle with full parts and tool inventory. Troubleshoot and fix network faults, Computers and Printers, Routers and Switches, all

mechanical hardware and software issues, audio and video systems, software installs, electrical and environment issues. Professionally

dressed, confident presentation with expert customer interaction and company representation. As Senior Tech I assist other Field Service

Engineers via phone calls at any hour to provide technical and mechanical support. I also train new hires and existing Techs where

weaknesses are noted. I submit Team notes and help emails to better the field service and performance numbers.
