. Support IISN Partners efforts to achieve record of 300 Safe Days, 1

Major Business Interruption, and 1 recordable for 2013 with a Total

Recordable Incident Rate of 0.65

. Foster a progressive safety culture by maintaining relationships with

over 2800 IISN employees (Shipping/Receiving, Mail, Janitorial,

Operations, AV/Graphic Arts & Food Service) BP-CAFO staff and

contractors while providing business critical services to the client.

. Mentor and coach employees to sustain a culture of caring by aligning

their creative ideas and suggestions with the organizational safety

Analysis (~110) risk assessments for Business Service, Operations, &

Security personnel on a yearly basis, assist in the development of all

levels of risk assessments from project inception through execution,

and audit the risk assessments on a monthly basis.

. Conduct inspections and audits with IISN personnel and contractors to

track corrective actions taken to decrease chance of reoccurrence and

reinforce positive safety behaviors.

. Complete Accident Investigations using Root Cause Analysis to discover

employees on a very tight schedule.

employees) ensuring a smooth transition

. Enabled the BP Project Management and Operations teams to deliver

services during the Gulf of Mexico Macando spill response while

helping to reduce risk to the client by:

o Streamlining the Contractor Safety Qualification Process;

designing it to be "fit for purpose" & flexible, and, as a

result, shortening it from 6 weeks to 3 days.

Control of Work program associated with high risk work activities

(Confined Space, Hot Work, Excavation, etc.).

. Performed construction field audits and safety program audits to

identify gaps in procedures and address subsequent Action Items.

. Partnered with contractor leaders to initiate the Site Specific Safety

and Health Plan process to ensure the plans were developed and

executed.
