Halliburton / MD Anderson, TX / AllState Insurance IL (October 2008 -

September 2010)

Halliburton: Built an Enterprise PMO solution using MS Project Server 2010

to manage their proposed site/client potential portfolios. As primary

consultant, I provided complete technical and PMO solution from start-to-

end, HW and requirement gathering, MPS implementation, environment set-up,

configuration, customization, process model, legacy projects migration,

security, reporting and training.

AllState Insurance's Chicago head-office: Migrated to Project Server 2007

from 2003 for entire organization with over 10,000 Team Members and 2,000

Project Managers using the system. Goal was to have a seamless migration

with enhanced 2007 features and new functionalities added, built Portfolio

and business reports using EPM/SQL reporting server data. Trained user

community on 2007 post-migration.

MD Anderson: Developed a multi-million dollar state-of the-art EMR

(Electronic Medical Records) system to over last 7+ years, which consisted

of huge number of large projects to manage and integrate several modules

under PM/PMO organization. As primary consultant, led and managed Project

Server 2007 implementation project to achieve successful execution and

tracking of all complex, globally distributed projects over multiple

development centres, business units with cross-functional teams.
