Buyer/Planner Present

commodities. Managing fifteen suppliers, for over a 470 items which

entails, request for proposal, cost analysis, issue purchase orders,

scheduling and managing the requirement needs of the three plants.

2012

SR Warehouse Supervisor

Responsible for two employees and 8000 inventory items valued at $17

million dollars. Warehousing responsibilities which consist of the

following: cycle counting, inventory reporting, shipping and receiving,

consumable items inventory, supplier managed inventory, repairs of

inventory, and the overseer of all scrap metal and waste management of the

plant. Supervision of the two employees entailed human resources issues

which dealt with pay, time off, performance reviews, and time management.

2011

Procurement Specialist

l managed the three rubber suppliers which entailed 400 deliverable items

valued at estimated $20 million per year. Responsibilities entailed issued

terms & conditions, delivery schedules, issued purchase orders, quality

issues, issue long term agreements, negotiations, proposals, and supplier

visits. I was instrumental in bridging the gap between very strained

supplier customer relationships to better service the United States

Marines.

I managed two electronically and one mechanical supplier which entailed 12

deliverable items estimated value $12 million per year. I supported seven

program managers. I managed the suppliers in the following areas: proposal,

negotiations, long term contracts, purchase order, delivery, quality,

supported engineering efforts for new business, and conduct supplier visit.

I completed two green belt projects to improve work flow process. Most

successful project was to improve the supplier data requirement list

internal process.
