Job title: Operator/ As of December 17th 2013: I am training as backup Quality Inspector with pay

raise.

Duties attend pre- shift gathering to learn assignment for the day and to receive important

communications.

Arrive at work station five minutes early to communicate with operator and to prep for relieving

thus operator. I will check labels and BAAN sheet to determine any change overs, lot

changes, color changes etc. I will then proceed with the tasks need to complete my shift

expectations.

The tasks include making boxes for the line or lines I am running. Completing audit inspections

and recording them on Audit inspection sheet. I am responsible for labeling, palletizing,

recording finished pallets on production sheets. I am responsible for moving finished goods to

designated area for driver to prep for shipment or warehousing WIP. I alert the appropriate

persons when I have lot changes, color changes, or I have machine failures or need supplies. I

will help or assist other operators when I have time and if they are having problems. I have

been asked to train new operators. I work over time when need.

I have joined the Transformation Action Team and hope to join more teams as time will allow.

I continuously do housekeeping. I keep my area free of parts on floor, sweeping and mopping, I

like to keep my area orderly and clean.

As Quality Backup I perform the job when other quality associates are absent. The job includes,

retaining and measuring parts on automated measuring systems. Updating raw materials in

the log for traceability and to record any problems and fixes needed to continue production.

Perform every two hour inspection of all production to insure continues acceptance. Checking

material feed rates and color correctness. Making sure lines are clear for color changes and

lot changes and updating paper work and labels. I am Still learning new skills.

Operated webbed feed ultra sonic welder that feed into a vision assisted Preco die cutting press.

.Worked 12 hour shift for over a year to meet the demands

Pulled raw materials from a caracal Wyatt Orical or JDE, accounting program/shop floor control

Set-up/changeover/R&D and validation of new products

Changes were just some of the tools we used every day.

I was also responsible for entering vital information into an Excel spread sheet and closing out

work orders and filing them.
