Assisted NICE with developing their Call Center dashboard BI solution to be delivered to AT&T. This engagement involved

providing more effective means for displaying complex data sets using a variety of charts to quickly convey Call Center

representative effectiveness (Cognos Report Studio, Framework Manager and Oracle) .
