department, involved in all phases of the PLC utilizing Waterfall and AGILE methodologies on a number of different accounting related

projects. Summary of career highlights include the following:

• Project Manager/Business Analyst for Middle Office. Responsible for project oversight/project execution of commingled fund

enhancement projects. Resources managed: 2 offshore, 1 onshore; 15 20 virtual resources.

• Project Manager/SME for legacy decommissioning/re engineering for Accounting and related processing. 5 year project that

involved the analysis of over 6000+ legacy applications across multiple lines of business as part of the core accounting

conversion to the Eagle accounting platform (5500 accounts, 280K positions, and $850bnAUM). Resources managed: 8

onshore; 25 30+ virtual resources.

• Project Manager for Technology Related Special Projects as Directed by Senior Management. This included working with

Finance and all LOB CBTs to develop a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) tool that reflected total technology costs across all lines

of business; responsible for developing cost formulas that tied each LOB’s usage to Technology’s infrastructure, applications,

databases, support, hardware, maintenance, management, users, etc. Developed numerous cost and production efficiency

tools that highlighted problem areas within Technology support areas (knowledge resource measurement, risk exposure areas).

Created metrics to measure specific risk exposure to Technology due to Manual Data Entry errors in order to resolve and

reduce risk and increase productivity. Technology representative in the development of PLC standards for the firm.
