Currently the 3rd shift quality/CMM operator. Main duty include

measuring parts on 2 CMMs, both are Browne and Sharp with Renishaw heads

running on PC DMIS cad++. Reading and deciphering CMM reports, communicate

the problem area(s) to the CNC operators and/or programmers for resamples

or the appropriate moves and adjustment assuring for highest quality parts

be distributed to our suppliers. Other duties include Debris analysis,

Surface testing, Gagetrak, gage returns. Continuous programming training

for the CMM's from our main and secondary programmer's also the free

classes at Hexogon MetrologyU on the web. I also use attribute and

variable gages, consisting of plug and depth gages, micrometers, calibers

and height gages. Surface testing with surfometer.

Started as a temp through Adecco then was hired as a Melling Tool Company

Employee in January of 2011 to present. Have experience on front lines,

Ann Arbor's and Specialty lines. Most of my experience is in the Chrysler

and Deutz OE (original equipment) Cells from raw castings to completed

assembly and final inspection. I have received trainer certification in

the Chrysler and Deutz assembly cells. Continuously updated training in 5s

and Safety. I am currently trained to populate layered audits, quality

(receiving) and a CMM operator on the Excel and Mistral equipped with

Renishaw heads that are controlled with PC-DMIS program. June 2013 started

CMM programming training, using PC-DMIS by our on staff programmer. I also

have an understanding of the issue and complaint boards, flow charts and

Dynamic control plan. Understanding of the living documents, which allow

Melling calculate risk which in turn helps to reduce any unsatisfactory

parts from reaching our customers. I have trained for a year and a half in

Accounting and computer programming, gaining experience with a CPA. Weekly

reconciliations, balancing cash boxes, assigning work to season workers and

training employees to use the computers for the reservation system.

Payroll accounting 3 years, account payable and receivable, job quoting and

supervised (managed) 5 employees when I worked for the State of Michigan.

Knowledge of computers in many areas, Microsoft works, Microsoft Office 7,

Internet and E-mail (Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook express and Mobile mail). Have

used on-line resources to stay fresh in Microsoft Office 2000 beginning and

Advanced Powerpoint and Word, Creating Basic Presentations PowerPoint 2003

- Getting Started with Excel and Word 2007 - Basic Features of Excel 2002

Melling Tool Company Jackson, MI CMM Operator, 01/2011 to

Present

The sole Quality / CMM operator on 3rd shift. Running two Browne

and Sharp CMMs, One is a Mistral the other one is a Xcel both use renishaw

heads and probes running on PC-DMIS CADD++. Continuous in-house training

for CMM programming with our main and secondary programmer. Also

responsible for Debris testing, gage return, GAGEtrak and inspection of

receiving's parts. Starting training for gage calibration, finished hard

gage training.

Prior to November 2013 I was a general line worker as lead operator,

assembler, check stand operator, packaging, forklift and the CMM back-up

and fill in for vacations and illness. Work mostly in the OE (original

Equipment) with some time spent in aftermarket. I also was the backup to

the CMM/quality lab. Duties there entail, running the CMMs (Brown and

with PCDMIS, debris testing. Completing layered audits inspections

and quality (receiving inspections). Operating machinery includes Makino,

Mori Seiki and Ann Arbor for machining parts.

bread baskets to the assembly line, sorting bread products for

distribution.

(multiple attachments), Water truck, Salt truck, Dump truck and learning

the Loader. Certified on Lift Trucks. Along with customer client relations

with management.

SEAGATE PLASTICS (3 months) - Quality control, Running CNC machines

and injection mold machine.
