EXPERIENCE:

January 2011 - Present EBO Group

Sharon Center, Ohio

Electronic Technician: Responsible for building, testing, troubleshooting,

and repairing - Electronic motor control units used in the Medical and

Industrial fields. Build and repair Cable/Harness assemblies. Work with

engineering dept. in all proto-typing of cable/harness and SMT PC board

builds. I support four different departments in a fast pace environment

while meeting production and engineering demands.

Electronic Technician: Responsible for building, testing, troubleshooting,

and repairing - Electronic motor control units, Power Supplies and other

electronic and mechanical devices used on automatic seats of Super First

Class Airlines and Private Business Jets. Responsible for meeting a tight

fast pace production schedule and solving any problems that may arise.

Implemented test procedures and design/build test fixtures as needed.

Trained in surface mount and thru-hole soldering.

and repairing - NASA Space Flight hardware and associated test fixtures.

build production PC boards, as well as proto-type breadboards from sketches

Solder certified per NASA-STD-8739.3. Crimping, Cable and Harness

certified per NASA-STD-8739.4. Familiar with many types of Manual and

Automatic test equipment.

Also, experience in generating detail Process Plans and keeping detail

records of all assemblies and tests.

certified per J-STD 001 surface mount, and MIL_STD_2000A thru-hole.

repairing, upgrading, and assembling both electrical and mechanical torpedo
