Converted manual accounting system to a custom-designed computerized system

control, recordkeeping, and management reporting. Increased profitability

of paving operations by $400,000 by implementing a standard cost system to

improve bid preparation and control costs on state and municipal contracts.

Generated $150,000 in additional profits by recommending entry into asphalt

reclamation market after analyzing competition, equipment and costs.
