. I diagnose / troubleshoot circuit boards using a fluke multimeter

. Using a Pace System: IR 3000; after setting up a profile, I removed

and replaced ball grid arrays(BGA) for an imaging computer (IG) in

computed tomography (CT)

. Using a Pace System: XR 3700 (x-ray system); I was able to view the

solder spheres(balls) using this x-ray feature
