Project 1:

Project Name : Velocity Configurator(Manual Testing)

Client : Invensys Operation Management.

Project Description:

The project aims to test the Scripting Tool which uses Xml scripts to perform the Archestra IDE functionalities

manually. So for the testing purpose we have taken all possible scenarios and prepared test case and also

written test procedures, test scripts and executed each test case manually to ensure thorough working of the

Scripting Tool. The test suits we used for preparing the test cases and for maintaining the test procedures is

Microsoft Test Manager 2010.

Responsibilities:

• Building Test Plan, Prepare the test scenarios, writing test steps and test prerequisites and

executing each test case through MTM 2010.

Project 2:

Project Name : Velocity Configurator(Automation Testing)

Client : Invensys Operation Management.

Project Description:

The project aims at the automation of the Scripting Tool which uses Xml scripts to perform the

Archestra IDE functionalities. Thus reducing the effort of testing team for the later builds of the

Scripting tool and maximizing the time to find bugs in the later build of the Scripting tool .The

Automated testing method which we are using is Coded UI Test as this will help us to validate the

Scripting Tool performance and to validate the functionalities of Archestra which are being performed

through the Scripting Tool.

Project 3:

Project Name : Real Time Namespace(RTDNS)

Client : Invensys Operation Management.

Project Description:

The project aims at the automation testing of the API of RTDNS (Real Time Date Namespace) which

consists of two predefined methods first one is for launching the element and second one is for

performing operations by sending commands on this element and checking whether the element is

responding as per the functionality or not.

Responsibilities:

• Building Automation Framework, Developing Test Automation Scripts, and Release.
