Position Business Development Manager

Bringing in new business including bringing on board estate agents, letting agents and house

developers.

Raising brand awareness by implementing ideas including approaching regional newspaper

with a written article that appeared as a half page story.

Estate agent type signs for every customer we move to be displayed for a week. Overcoming

objections such as the customers not being responsive to having the signs and asking what is

in it for them. Looking for a financial reward, I overcame this by approaching a local charity

and offering 5% of any jobs booked via a sign. Taking this back to the customers we now

have an 80 90% success rate.

Business to business sales by contacting and meeting with local estate agents, letting agents

and house builders to promote The Small Move Company resulting in recommendations.

Meeting and exceeding targets given by the owner including over 15 estate agents signing up

to our referral program when the target was 5 in 3 months.

Increasing bookings by over 50% on last year by developing and implementing business

packs to give to customers and running staff customer service training
